Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B growth initiatives. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using multi‑channel outreach to secure global software QA and testing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cold email, LinkedIn, and Upwork bidding campaigns to generate high‑quality leads.
• Qualify, nurture, and manage a consistent pipeline of B2B prospects.
• Build and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and follow‑up processes to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct market research, define Ideal Customer Profiles, and perform competitor analysis.
• Maintain CRM data, track KPIs such as open rates, reply rates, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to align client requirements and provide market insights.
• Mentor junior team members on best practices in business development.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth within the IT/software sector.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end sales cycles and scale lead‑generation engines.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

• Data/lead‑generation tools: Apollo, Seamless, Snov, Clay.
