Business Development Manager

About the role

Expo Outdoors is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of digital marketing and web development solutions across the USA, UK, Canada and Europe. The role is based onsite in Lahore and focuses on generating, pitching and closing high‑value projects for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in target overseas markets.
• Present and negotiate proposals for website development, UI/UX design, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content writing and graphic design services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and hand‑over to the delivery team.
• Maintain a pipeline of $3,000–$10,000+ projects and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a digital agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record of closing projects or retainers valued at $3,000 and above.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work aligned with US/UK time zones.
