Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for ZKTeco Pakistan by identifying and securing new business opportunities for its biometric and smart‑office solutions. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on expanding the company’s presence across enterprise, government and SME segments in Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with ZKTeco’s growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, consultants and key clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Present ZKTeco solutions to enterprise, government and SME customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and growth KPIs.
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and pipeline updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in security, biometrics, ICT or technology solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
