Business Development Manager

About the role

Elite Citizenship is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its immigration and professional services. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and promoting the firm’s visa and residency solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities in the immigration and legal services sector.
• Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and manage it through to closure.
• Deliver client presentations and proposals that showcase the firm’s services.
• Network with potential partners, industry groups and professional associations.
• Collaborate closely with legal, operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in immigration, legal or professional services is preferred.
• Ability to conduct market research and devise growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and productivity tools.
