Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead market intelligence and client acquisition efforts for AI Engineers Pakistan. This senior role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in engineering and infrastructure sectors across Pakistan and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business intelligence and market analysis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Act as a key interface between the organization and clients.
• Explore local and regional market opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of donor‑funded projects and agencies, including ADB, World Bank, UN, and JICA.
• Coordinate with clients and support the Proposal Team in gathering required information.
• Contribute to client relationship management, marketing, branding, and social media initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Marketing, or Technical Consultancy.
• Experience in engineering consulting, construction, infrastructure, real estate, industrial, or B2B organizations preferred.
• Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and key account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Pakistan and across the region as required.
