Business Development Manager

About the role

VIDIZMO is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new B2B software business. You will engage directly with end‑customers and channel partners, qualify opportunities and hand them to the account team, leveraging AI tools for research and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Call and message end customers and partners daily from a prioritized queue.
• Spend at least two hours each day in real conversations with new prospects and partners.
• Book meetings with decision‑makers, confirm genuine needs, and turn qualified interest into opportunities.
• Register partner opportunities the same day and sign new partners when required.
• Log every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the same day.
• Use AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for prospect research, call preparation, outreach and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Clear, confident spoken and written English suitable for US buyers.
• 4+ years of business development experience in B2B software with a proven track record of meetings and opportunities.
• Experience working with resellers, system integrators or referral partners.
• Legally authorized to work in Pakistan.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar sales tools.
• AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and ability to create reusable prompts or scripts.
