Business Development Manager

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate growth of its IT Staff Augmentation business. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint across North America and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales channels.
• Drive revenue growth by selling IT staff augmentation, dedicated teams and software development services.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, startups and technology companies, engaging senior stakeholders such as CTOs and engineering leaders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets and prepare tailored proposals, presentations and commercial agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM platforms and generate regular sales, pipeline and revenue reports.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of business development or sales experience within IT services, software development or staff augmentation.
• Proven success selling IT staff augmentation, dedicated teams or software development services to international clients, especially in North America.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, offshore/nearshore delivery models and software development engagement models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Excellent communication, proposal writing, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
