Business Development Manager – KOL Partnerships

About the role

Zbit is building the next generation crypto exchange and seeks a Business Development Manager focused on Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community partners. You will own the partnership funnel, from acquisition to long‑term retention, driving user growth and trading volume across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with KOLs, trading communities, affiliates, agents, and institutional partners.
• Drive user acquisition, first‑time deposits, trading volume, and retention through strategic collaborations.
• Negotiate and maintain high‑value partnership agreements that directly contribute to platform growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to launch trading competitions, AMAs, campaigns, and community initiatives.
• Track and optimize performance metrics such as registrations, FTDs, trading volume, CAC, and ROI.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor partnership strategies, and influencer marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in crypto exchange business development, partnerships, growth, affiliate or community development.
• Strong understanding of spot, futures, and derivatives trading products.
• Proven ability to build and manage KOL, affiliate, agent, or trading community networks.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing conversion and ROI performance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote startup environment.
