Business Development Manager – Medical Billing

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Lahore focuses on expanding MedifyCure’s client base among healthcare providers. The Business Development Manager will identify new opportunities, present the company’s medical billing and revenue‑cycle services, and build lasting relationships with clinics, hospitals and specialty practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails and meetings.
• Present MedifyCure’s services, prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Coordinate with internal operations and billing teams to ensure accurate service representation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to support retention and upselling.
• Track sales performance, keep CRM records up‑to‑date and monitor market trends.
• Provide feedback to leadership on service improvements and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven business development and B2B sales experience, especially in healthcare services.
• Knowledge of medical billing, revenue cycle management and related processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both in‑person and virtual meetings.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage pipelines and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and work independently to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lahore and engage with local and international clients.
