Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate portal, is looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across its property platform. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in the residential and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, investors, and partners in the real estate market.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment goals.
• Conduct market research to spot trends, competitor activity, and new investment opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for high‑value projects.
• Represent Zameen.com at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Track performance metrics and report regularly to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5–7 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
