Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Goldfinch is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales of residential and commercial plots within the Chahar Bagh smart‑city project and other developments. You will build strong relationships with buyers, investors and referral partners while representing the company at events and site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, investors and referral partners.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations and site visits.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities and project features.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals and personal networks.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems.
• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, property expos and promotional events.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, property consultancy, insurance sales, banking sales or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and confident in closing deals.
• Familiarity with Lahore’s real‑estate market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
• Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
