Business Development Manager – Remote

About the role

PU Prime, a fast‑growing global CFD brokerage, is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to work remotely. You will play a key part in expanding our partner network and driving client acquisition across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships within target markets.
• Generate leads and drive client outsourcing through partner networks, social media channels, and affiliate programs.
• Provide regular performance insights and reporting on partner activities.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to ensure high‑volume traffic and sustained growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes in the CFD/Forex space.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales.
• Ability to balance relationship building with achieving quantitative targets.
• Knowledge of CFDs, Forex, and online trading platforms is highly preferred.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
