Business Development Manager - Sales & Client Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and client acquisition for our accounting and administration support services targeting businesses in the UK and Europe. The role offers flexible working, portfolio management and commission‑based earnings for successful client onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across the UK and European markets.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and data scraping.
• Conduct cold‑calling and email outreach to prospective clients.
• Attend follow‑up meetings and represent our accounting services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling enquiries and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progression and client communication.
• Promote the company’s brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in insurance, banking or accounting/finance sectors.
• Proven track record in sales, business development or client acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business through email marketing and cold‑calling.
