Business Development Manager – Tech Sector

About the role

Corex Tech is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its online client base in the technology sector. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new online clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email outreach, social media, and other channels.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long‑term partnerships.
• Design and execute sales strategies to increase company revenue.
• Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, follow‑ups, and close deals.
• Develop strong relationships with international customers.
• Research market trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with production and team departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain sales reports and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably within IT, software, or services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with freelancing platforms and online lead‑generation techniques.
• Comfortable working with international clients.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
