Business Development Officer – Field Sales

About the role
The Business Development Officer will promote Vana Group’s products to small‑medium enterprises and retail shops in Gujranwala. Working on‑site, the role involves regular field visits, building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit current and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate sales and develop relationships with SME and retail shop clients.
- Achieve sales targets and report progress to management.
- Support business development initiatives and local market activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Experience handling customers; shop sales experience acceptable.
- Basic sales and marketing skills.
- Ability to travel locally by motorcycle.
- Willingness to work on‑site and conduct field visits.
