Business Development Officer – HoReCa & Corporate

About the role
The Business Development Officer will drive growth for our client operating in the HoReCa and corporate sectors across South, North and Central regions of Pakistan. Based in Karachi, you will work on‑site, generating leads, presenting products and nurturing client relationships to meet ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential HoReCa and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
- Conduct client visits and deliver compelling product presentations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 12 years of sales experience in HoReCa or corporate sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary of PKR 45,000‑55,000.
- Fuel allowance (52 litres) and performance incentives.
- Opportunities to travel across assigned regions.
