About the role

SkillWright is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Executive to act as the operational backbone of its growth engine. The role blends relationship building with deal execution, ensuring every lead is qualified, proposals are crafted efficiently, and opportunities progress smoothly through the pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify incoming partnership and business development opportunities.
• Maintain a structured pipeline, track progress, and follow up consistently.
• Draft proposals, partnership documents, and business presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and communication with partners.
• Support leadership during partnership discussions and closing processes.
• Maintain CRM systems and prepare weekly pipeline reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, sales or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a process‑oriented mindset.
• Self‑driven, ownership mentality and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM or pipeline management tools.
• Basic Canva or proposal design skills.
