Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

A proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative is sought to support business growth through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, lead generation and market research. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, understands online prospecting and can identify potential clients and generate business opportunities. The role is based on-site in Lahore during EST-aligned working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
• Develop and run email marketing and cold email campaigns.
• Research target markets, industries, companies and decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online platforms and other channels.
• Explore and use automation tools to streamline outreach and lead generation.
• Maintain and update lead databases, outreach records and CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Monitor outreach performance and suggest improvements to raise response rates.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of business development, lead generation or online prospecting.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify relevant prospects.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and results-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing and lead-generation techniques.
• Knowledge of outreach automation tools is a plus; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and email outreach tools.
• Understanding of cold emailing, follow-up sequences and lead qualification.
