Business Development Representative – French/Russian Fluent

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Business Development Representative to drive international B2B commodity sales for Russian‑ or French‑speaking markets. The position is based on‑site in Lahore and focuses on prospecting, relationship building and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and qualify new B2B prospects in Russian‑speaking or Francophone target countries.
• Conduct high‑volume cold‑calling using manual dialing and dialer software, and manage communications via calls, email and WhatsApp.
• Run the full sales cycle from outreach to proposal, follow‑up and closure, with senior management support as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity records in CRM and internal trackers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.

Required profile

• Professional working proficiency in Russian or French (spoken and written) and good English for internal communication.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads, work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate high personal integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Close.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
• Comfort with dialer/calling software and outreach via Email and LinkedIn.

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 70,000–90,000 per month, dependent on experience and language proficiency.
• Attractive commission structure after a one‑month probation period.
