Business Development Representative

About the role

LearnTastic is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to drive growth of its accredited online education platform. You will engage with end‑users, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships to expand our B2B customer base across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with end‑users to achieve business goals.
• Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calls and social‑media outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing leads while identifying new opportunities.
• Conduct customer surveys and design effective B2B sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted efforts.
• Prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to all customer inquiries.
• Promote LearnTastic’s products and services to potential and existing customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in a US‑based firm.
• Proven experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
