Business Development Representative

About the role

CoRecruit is looking for a Business Development Representative to fuel its sales pipeline through outbound prospecting. You will spend the majority of your day on the phone, engaging recruitment firm leaders, uncovering their challenges, and handing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make hundreds of outbound calls daily using the Nooks parallel dialer and LinkedIn Voice Notes.
• Identify and qualify leads by speaking with gatekeepers and decision‑makers, leaving voicemails and handling objections.
• Log all activities in HubSpot CRM and maintain an accurate, clean pipeline.
• Track personal metrics in Google Sheets and report on call performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Required profile

• Enjoys phone conversations and can handle rejection without hesitation.
• Proven experience in cold‑calling as a primary job function.
• Highly motivated by targets and obsessive about tracking metrics.
• Coachable, organized, and able to manage your own prospect list and follow‑ups.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM (or similar) for activity logging and lead tracking.
• Experience with a parallel dialer such as Nooks, Outreach, Apollo, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for building simple tracking dashboards.
