Business Development Representative

About the role

Veclar Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join its sales team in Rawalpindi. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Present Veclar’s solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to speak with a clear US accent.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (as stated).

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of PKR 80,000 per month.
• Tier 1 target achievement raises the base to PKR 150,000 for that month.
• Tier 2 target achievement provides a 15 % commission paid in USD plus a waiver of attendance deductions.
