Business Development Representative – Night Shift (On-site)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing design, drafting and estimation services company serving the US construction industry. We are building a cold‑calling team in Lahore to connect with US contractors and builders and introduce our services. This full‑time, night‑shift position offers a chance to join early and grow within an international sales environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US‑based construction companies using qualified lead lists.
• Present our design and estimation services clearly and professionally.
• Build rapport with decision‑makers and generate qualified leads.
• Record accurate call notes and update lead information in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Follow scripts, handle objections and continuously improve pitch quality.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to meet weekly and monthly targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or fluent accent.
• Previous experience in cold calling, call centre or outbound sales (BPO experience preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion and active‑listening abilities.
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and eager to grow in a performance‑driven environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including CRM and spreadsheet usage.
