Business Development Representative – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

VerkPro is seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to generate new opportunities and close deals for its Employer of Record (EOR) solutions. This fully remote position works on US business hours and offers a clear path to a Business Development Manager role based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
• Engage senior decision‑makers such as CEOs, COOs, CFOs, HR Leaders, and Operations Executives.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline from initial contact through contract signing.
• Present VerkPro’s EOR services, conduct discovery meetings, handle objections, negotiate, and close new business.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence engaging senior executives and handling cold calls.
• Excellent written communication for LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Availability to work during US business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
