Business Development Specialist (B2B Lead Generation)

About the role

Techloset Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive B2B lead generation for its AI‑driven custom development services. The role focuses on outbound outreach, prospect list building, and guiding leads through the full sales cycle to closed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists of high‑potential decision‑makers.
• Execute outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email using Sales Navigator and other outreach tools.
• Craft and refine outreach messaging based on performance data.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and report pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales or business development.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets and own the outreach cycle.
• Strong written communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Experience in AI, SaaS or technology sectors is a plus.
