Business Development Specialist – Filtration

About the role

FORMULATRIX is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to join its Filtration business unit in Lahore, Pakistan. You will act as the front‑line inside‑sales hub, engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities and supporting the field sales team with technical demos and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, research, and qualify leads at identified target accounts across Europe.
• Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn messages to introduce FORMULATRIX filtration solutions.
• Develop proposals and quotes within the CRM for potential customers.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity data in the CRM system.
• Manage the existing sales pipeline and hand off high‑probability opportunities to outside sales.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position products effectively.
• Drive awareness of FORMULATRIX through targeted email campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences.
• Relevant sales experience, especially in technical or scientific environments.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
