Business Development Specialist – Hospitality & Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Business Development Specialist to drive sales for a flagship 5‑star luxury resort project in Pakistan. The role focuses on acquiring high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate investors for eco‑friendly chalets.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage personal high‑profile PR and elite networks to generate qualified leads and onboard HNWI and corporate clients.
• Conduct in‑person and remote sales presentations, highlighting unit categories and projected rental yields.
• Maintain detailed CRM records, follow up professionally, and report daily/weekly performance.
• Schedule client visits across Islamabad/Rawalpindi and convert leads into confirmed chalet bookings to meet KPIs.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of sales experience in high‑end real estate, luxury hospitality, or international client management.
• Established high‑profile personal PR and professional network capable of independent client acquisition.
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to articulate financial returns, luxury amenities, and investment potential of high‑altitude resort developments.
• Professional demeanor, results‑oriented mindset, and willingness to travel for client visits.
