Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Specialist to accelerate growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, and closing software development projects. The role involves selling a range of technology solutions—including SaaS, ERP/CRM, AI, and digital transformation services—to clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential clients across multiple industries.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals and online platforms.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and technology needs.
• Present our software development services and tailor proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.
• Represent the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development or software sales.
• Proven ability to sell custom software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI or cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
