Corugs is seeking a Business Development Specialist who will act as an Upwork Bidder to generate qualified leads and secure high‑quality clients for its video editing services. The role focuses on identifying promising projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Search and evaluate relevant Upwork projects that match our service offering.
• Research client needs and project specifications to tailor proposals.
• Write personalized, high‑converting proposals and submit them daily.
• Follow up with potential clients to advance discussions.
• Manage and track leads throughout the sales pipeline.
• Book qualified opportunities and schedule meetings.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Previous experience bidding on Upwork and securing projects.
• Strong proposal writing and persuasive communication abilities.
• Excellent research skills to understand client requirements.
• Familiarity with Upwork algorithms and how to identify high‑quality opportunities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
