Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive proactive lead generation and manage the full sales cycle for international clients in the medical billing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to target high‑potential business opportunities.
• Execute cold‑calling and outreach campaigns to establish initial contact with prospective international clients.
• Manage end‑to‑end sales process, including communication, negotiation and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
• Oversee account management to ensure long‑term client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company growth objectives.
• Maintain market awareness and adapt sales pitches to current industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals tailored to diverse business sectors.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales funnel to ensure smooth transition from lead to active client.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation within the medical billing industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision‑makers.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
