Business Development Specialist

About the role

Voltic Inc. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its on‑site team in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, managing outbound prospecting, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial outreach to handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target segments and monitor competitive activity.
• Generate and qualify leads through email, calls, and meetings, and maintain accurate records in CRM and outreach tools.
• Draft, test, and optimise cold‑email outreach messages.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements to boost conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine targeting, messaging and overall campaign strategy.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and internal collaboration.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting and qualification.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and meet performance‑oriented goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Basic understanding of cold‑email infrastructure and automation platforms.
