Business Development Specialist (Staff Augmentation)

About the role

East Hire is looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand its staff augmentation and recruitment services. The role is full‑time, night‑shift (6 PM – 3 AM) and based onsite in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. You will generate leads, build client relationships and support the delivery of technical and non‑technical talent to global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in staff augmentation and recruitment.
• Source potential clients via LinkedIn, job boards, cold outreach and other lead‑generation channels.
• Generate and qualify leads from companies hiring technical and non‑technical talent.
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn and phone to schedule meetings with decision‑makers.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and understand hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful delivery of client needs.
• Record all activities in the CRM and meet monthly lead and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, staff augmentation, IT recruitment or recruitment sales.
• Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring staffing clients.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and contract staffing.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and handle night‑shift hours.
