About the role

Titanaxe Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth within the technology startup sector. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing B2B deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the tech sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate terms and close deals that benefit both the company and clients.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and customer data.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
• Resolve client inquiries and conflicts promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within technology startups or IT companies.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
