About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and lead management on Upwork and Fiverr. The role focuses on identifying high‑value projects, crafting tailored proposals, and managing the full sales cycle remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and bid on high‑value projects that match our agency’s service stack.
• Write customized, solution‑focused proposals and client pitches.
• Build and optimise high‑converting Fiverr gigs.
• Manage client communications from initial contact through closing.

Required profile

• Proven track record on Upwork (Top Rated or high Job Success Score preferred) and Fiverr.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to quickly translate client technical requirements into project proposals.
• Strategic approach to Connects allocation and profile management.
