Business Innovation Manager (Molecular Lab)

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Pakistan is seeking a Business Innovation Manager for the Molecular Lab to develop marketing plans, translate scientific data into commercial insights, and drive product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, lead and coordinate product launches, promotions, scientific training and sales support.
• Co‑create marketing plans with Medical, Sales and Clinical Value Marketing teams and manage allocated A&P budget.
• Identify strategic partners (public, private, NGOs, hospitals) to improve patient access.
• Source and analyze market insights, competitor intelligence and pricing to support new product launch potential.
• Leverage global campaigns and brand assets to produce localized promotional and educational materials.
• Lead HCP and institutional marketing efforts, KOL engagement and speaker programs.
• Drive digital marketing engagement with HCPs and manage social media channels.
• Ensure compliance with Roche policies, coordinate with Quality & Regulatory, and secure approvals.
• Track analytics, ROI KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Science graduate with Pharm D and MBA (preferred) and 3‑5 years of marketing experience in the in‑vitro diagnostics industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret commercial data and market trends.
• Willingness to travel and support field teams as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

• High computer literacy in MS Office.
