Business Performance & Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Performance & Operations Analyst to act as the operational bridge between management and departmental leads. You will monitor KPIs, analyse cross‑functional workflows and ensure company goals are executed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, monitor and audit departmental KPIs across marketing, sales, client delivery and operations, building dashboards and reports to spot bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Lead regular performance review meetings with department heads, follow up on action items, challenge under‑performance and drive accountability.
• Synthesize multi‑departmental data into concise executive reports, benchmark output against objectives and recommend operational interventions.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in business analysis, operations or performance reporting, preferably in a software house, digital agency, BPO or call‑center environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Business Analytics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail and ability to question managers constructively.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modelling).
• Experience with reporting/dashboard tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with project management software like Asana, ClickUp or Jira.
