Business Relationship Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to establish, maintain and grow our presence in the corporate sector, delivering exclusive customer service and driving revenue from both new and existing B2B clients.

Key responsibilities

• Sell fixed broadband, cloud computing, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions to corporate customers, collaborating with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop customized proposals, and meet monthly sales targets set by management.
• Generate revenue from existing accounts by providing high‑quality service, handling billing or service issues, and encouraging referrals.
• Monitor corporate activations and disconnections, analyse churn reasons and implement retention strategies.
• Ensure revenue assurance against management‑assigned targets and work to increase earnings from both current and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Telecom or Computer Science) or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of relevant industry experience in sales, business development or customer relationship management within the telecom sector.
