Business Unit Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and motivated Business Unit Coordinator to support sales operations and business unit activities in Karachi. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in sales operations and business development within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily business unit activities, team schedules, meetings, and cross‑functional tasks.
• Maintain and update sales account records, CRM entries, and pipeline tracking data.
• Support business development activities through basic market research and client presentations.
• Coordinate communication between sales teams, internal departments, and external clients to ensure timely follow‑ups and smooth workflows.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales coordination, delivering presentations, or a related role.
• Basic experience in supporting sales activities, coordinating meetings, and tracking tasks and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, Finance, or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Office & AI tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration tools (preferred).
