Cabin Crew – Customer Service & Safety Specialist

About the role

The cabin crew member acts as the airline’s ambassador, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle. The role requires a fit, presentable individual who can represent the airline positively and contribute to on‑board revenue initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, ensure proper grooming, fitness and legal compliance for assigned flights.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor, flight crew, and captain.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding formalities, and handle on‑board sales, cash, and credit‑card transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment and catering, and report deficiencies.
• Assist with cabin cleaning, re‑catering, and duty‑free handling at transit stations.
• Complete post‑flight briefings, assessments and handover reports, and act as cabin supervisor when designated.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Age 20‑29 for fresh graduates, up to 33 for experienced crew; height minimum 160 cm (female) / 170 cm (male).
• Clear skin, no visible tattoos, medically fit, and able to use a flotation device.
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, time‑management and teamwork abilities.
