Cabin Crew – Islamabad

About the role

The airline is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to represent the brand, ensure passenger safety and deliver excellent customer service throughout the flight cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, perform safety checks, and ensure proper grooming and fitness for assigned flights.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor or captain.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, handle on‑board sales, and manage cash or credit‑card transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight equipment checks, support cabin cleaning and catering, and complete post‑flight reports and handovers.

Required profile

• Age 20‑29 for fresh graduates (up to 33 for experienced crew), minimum height 160 cm (female) / 170 cm (male), clear skin without visible tattoos.
• Good health, fit to fly, able to use a flotation device, and hold a valid cabin crew license (optional but advantageous).
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑service oriented, able to handle stressful situations, and willing to work shift patterns and extended hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
