Cabin Crew – Karachi

About the role

The airline is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to act as brand ambassadors, ensuring passenger safety, comfort and a positive travel experience throughout the flight cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Attend briefings, follow flight details, and ensure proper grooming, fitness and legal compliance.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, handle on‑board sales, and manage cash/credit transactions securely.
• Conduct pre‑flight checks of supplies and equipment, report deficiencies, and ensure cabin cleanliness at transit stations.
• Complete post‑flight briefings, evaluate performance, and maintain professional safety knowledge through recurrent training.

Required profile

• Age 20‑33, minimum height 160 cm (female) / 170 cm (male), clear skin without visible tattoos.
• Fit to fly with good general health, no serious medical conditions.
• Friendly, customer‑service oriented, able to handle stressful situations and angry customers.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, with good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of first‑aid, safety and emergency procedures.
