About the role
The cabin crew member acts as the airline’s ambassador, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a positive travel experience throughout the flight cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Attend pre‑flight briefings, perform safety checks, and ensure proper grooming and fitness for assigned flights.
- Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor and flight crew.
- Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, handle cash and credit‑card transactions for onboard sales and charity programs, and promote onboard products.
- Carry out pre‑flight equipment checks, ensure cabin cleanliness, and manage handover with catering and maintenance staff.
- Complete post‑flight briefings, assess performance, and maintain professional safety knowledge through recurrent training.
Required profile
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
- Age 20‑29 for fresh graduates (up to 33 for experienced crew), minimum height 160 cm (female) / 170 cm (male), clear skin without visible tattoos.
- Medically fit, able to use a flotation device, and possess a positive, customer‑service oriented attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- First aid training.
