About the role
The airline is looking for enthusiastic cabin crew members to represent the brand, ensure passenger safety and deliver excellent service throughout the flight cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Attend briefings, follow safety procedures, and conduct pre‑flight checks of equipment and supplies.
- Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and provide in‑flight service, including sales of meals, duty‑free items and charity programs.
- Administer first aid when needed, report irregularities, and support the Cabin Supervisor or Captain as required.
- Maintain cabin cleanliness, handle cash/credit transactions securely, and complete post‑flight reports.
Required profile
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
- Fit to fly, good health, presentable appearance and cheerful attitude under stress.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, able to handle difficult situations while preserving the airline’s image.
- Fluent in English; other languages advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
