About the role
Loads Limited is looking for a motivated CAD Designer to join its Design & Development team in Karachi. The role focuses on creating and updating 2D engineering drawings and 3D models for sheet metal parts, dies, jigs and fixtures.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and modify 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for mechanical components.
- Design sheet‑metal parts, dies, jigs and fixtures according to engineering specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with Production, Tool Room and Quality departments to resolve design issues.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and support product development activities.
Required profile
- DAE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
- 1–2 years of hands‑on CAD design experience.
- Practical knowledge of sheet‑metal, die, jig and fixture design.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CATIA.
- Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
