Call Agent – SEO Lead Generation (On-site, Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics is seeking a full-time Call Agent to support its SEO and digital-marketing campaigns. Based on-site in Lahore, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads, convey service information and gather feedback for the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries related to Keystone Medics’ services.
• Qualify prospects, document call outcomes and update the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging with SEO campaigns.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve campaign performance.
• Maintain detailed records and follow established call-handling procedures.

Required profile

• Clear spoken English and strong listening skills.
• Experience in call-center, telemarketing or customer support, preferably in healthcare.
• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore and meet performance targets.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of call-management systems.
• Use of collaboration platforms for team communication.
