Call Center Agent – Outbound Sales (Full-Time)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound outreach to potential clients, scheduling appointments and generating new business leads while delivering professional communication with international customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Book appointments and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM records.
- Communicate professionally with customers from various countries.
Required profile
- Fluent spoken English.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy.
- No prior call‑center experience required; full training will be provided.
