About the role
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Closer to join our team in Garden Town, Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site role works the night shift (Mon–Sat, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) and focuses on outbound sales and customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and present products or services.
- Handle inquiries, address concerns, and ensure each interaction meets quality standards.
- Build trust and maintain a positive experience for every customer.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective closing techniques.
Required profile
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven sales and closing techniques.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening abilities.
- Target‑driven mindset with solid problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle night‑shift hours.
