Call Center Customer Service Representative – Sales & Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Customer Service Representative to drive revenue through phone‑based prospecting and relationship building. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and convert prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound prospect calls, converting them into sales.
• Research and expand the prospect database with new leads.
• Cold‑call and email prospects to qualify leads and identify decision‑makers.
• Educate prospects on the full range of services and products.
• Cross‑sell and up‑sell existing customers via phone and email.
• Overcome objections and provide courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Manager on strategic sales approaches.
• Attend periodic sales training and support the wider sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, tele‑sales, or lead generation.
• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals.
• Strong problem‑identification and objection‑resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated with high energy and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
