About the role

Bright Solutions is seeking confident, professional Call Center & Lead Generation Agents to support US‑based outbound campaigns. The role involves cold‑calling prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate call records while working night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for US campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Maintain detailed call logs and follow‑up information.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall campaign success.

Required profile

• Previous experience in call centre or lead generation (mandatory).
• Strong spoken English and communication abilities.
• Confident, disciplined, target‑oriented personality.
• Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours.

Required skills

• Excellent spoken English.
• Ability to use basic computer applications for call logging.
