Call Center Representative – Customer Service

About the role

WorldCall Telecom Limited is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join its customer service team in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering prompt and effective assistance to our telecom customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email or chat.
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions and follow up to guarantee resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling complaints professionally.
• Document customer feedback and relay relevant information to internal departments for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in meeting service level agreements and performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service, support and satisfaction processes.
• Experience managing the overall customer experience in a service‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; telecom or service‑industry experience is a plus.
